Dr. Craig’s favorite sport is bicycling.  In 1976, Dr. Craig cycled from New York City to the Coast of Oregon on a ten speed bike carrying all of his camping equipment and supplies on the bike.  Dr. Craig continues to bicycle at least 1,000 miles per year and has participated in the annual Nebraska United Methodist Bike Ride for Hunger (NUMB Ride) since 2000.  Dr. Craig is the proud father of three accomplished young women.  Dr. Craig enjoys steelhead fishing, cooking, hiking and a variety of other recreational activities.
